Matterport 3D Tours are the alternative to our video tours and often clients opt for both.    Matterport tours are essentially 360 images taken and stitched together at various points throughout the house.  The end result is a 3D model of your home that can be navigated through using a computer and mouse or on a mobile device using a point and click.   Take a look at the example below to see this working.    
Whilst Matterport can often convey a more comprehensive tour of your home, we should point out that it does require the end viewer to have a certain level of tech skill to navigate through the property manually.   This is as opposed to a video which is a simple 'click to play' and offers a far wider audience that first 'virtual' look at your home.    Many home owners are now choosing to order both a video and Matterport virtual tour as this caters for all audiences looking to virtually view your property.     When ordering both, the Matterport tour is discounted.
